XIV. - AMENDMENTS:

These Rules and Regulations may be amended or repealed by vote of a majority of the members present at any Regular Meeting or Special Meeting provided that: (1) a quorum is present; and (2) notice of the general character of the proposed amendment is mailed to each member at least five days prior to such meeting.

When proposed amendments are properly before any meeting for consideration, they may, before final action is taken thereon, be changed by a majority vote, provided that the change is germane to the subject of the amendment under consideration.
