§ 10.08.040. Regulation of parking in municipal parking spaces.

Police officers and authorized agents may regulate parking in any municipal parking space and may require drivers of vehicles to park such vehicles as directed, or to move them when necessary, or if parked in such a manner as to interfere with the parking of other vehicles.
