§ 10.28.140. Right turns prohibited—Commercial vehicles.

[Right turns by commercial vehicles are prohibited in the following streets:]
Durso Avenue, southbound onto Durso Avenue from the Route 114 shopping plaza and parking lot. The prohibition shall apply to any commercial vehicle having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 10,000 pounds or more. This paragraph shall not apply to school buses or any bus providing public transportation for the City of Lawrence and maintaining an effective contract with the City of Lawrence to provide for such public transportation.
