§ 5.48.930. Authorization to arrest and seize evidence.

No owner or association of owners, whose principal place of business is located in the City of Lawrence, and who owns a taxicabs or livery vehicles licensed in the City of Lawrence, shall be allowed to dispatch taxicabs or livery vehicles within the City of Lawrence unless said taxicabs or livery vehicles are licensed by the hackney division of the Lawrence Police Department and the operators of said taxicabs or livery vehicles possess a valid hackney driver's license issued by the hackney division of the Lawrence Police Department.
